We provide detailed growing information with all our seed products, including climate zones and growing conditions. For specific advice about your region, please contact us, and our gardening experts can provide personalized recommendations.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates vary by location, and delivery times may be longer. Please note that some seed products may have import restrictions in certain countries.

Are your products fair trade?

All of our artisan-made products follow fair trade principles, ensuring that artisans receive fair compensation for their work. We maintain direct relationships with our artisan partners and regularly visit their workshops to ensure ethical working conditions.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of seed products once the package has been opened. Please contact us at shop@dilulu.org to initiate a return.
