All of our artisan-made products follow fair trade principles, ensuring that artisans receive fair compensation for their work. We maintain direct relationships with our artisan partners and regularly visit their workshops to ensure ethical working conditions.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of seed products once the package has been opened. Please contact us at shop@dilulu.org to initiate a return.
