Our Agreement With You
Welcome to Dilulu. By accessing our platform—whether you are a student in our Learning Management System (LMS), a volunteer, a donor, or a shopper in our Eco Boutique—you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, making a donation, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using Dilulu's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Donations & Funding
All donations made to Dilulu support our environmental education programs across Africa. Donations are non-refundable except where explicitly required by law. Tax receipts will be issued automatically for eligible contributions.
Eco Boutique Purchases
Products sold through our Eco Boutique support local artisans and sustainability initiatives. Orders are subject to availability, and our return policy is provided at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory issues.
Learning Management System
Course materials provided through our LMS are for personal, educational use only. You may not distribute, sell, or copy course content without explicit permission from Dilulu. Certificates are awarded based on satisfactory completion of course requirements.
Volunteer Conduct
Volunteers are expected to act respectfully, safely, and in accordance with Dilulu's core values. We reserve the right to terminate volunteer relationships if community guidelines are violated.
Account Security
If you create an account on Dilulu, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Dilulu platform—including text, graphics, logos, video courses, and software—is the property of Dilulu or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
