Ways to Give

Bequest in Your Will

The simplest form of planned giving. Name Dilulu as a beneficiary in your will or living trust. You can designate a specific amount, a percentage of your estate, or the remainder after other obligations are met.

Beneficiary Designations

Name Dilulu as a beneficiary of your retirement account (IRA, 401k), life insurance policy, or investment account. These gifts pass outside of probate and can be tax-efficient.

Charitable Gift Annuities

Transfer assets to Dilulu in exchange for a fixed lifetime income stream. You receive reliable payments while supporting our mission. (Available in select jurisdictions.)

Charitable Remainder Trusts

Place assets in a trust that provides income to you or your beneficiaries for life or a term of years, after which the remaining assets transfer to Dilulu.

Real Estate Gifts

Donate property — land, a home, or commercial real estate — either outright or through a retained life estate that allows you to continue living in your home.

Endowed Funds

Establish a named endowed fund that generates perpetual annual support for a specific program or region you care about. Your name or a loved one's name lives on through the fund.
