Volunteer Social Media Community Manager

You will be the voice of the Dilulu community online: planning and posting content, engaging our growing audience, and promoting our events across Africa. We are looking for a francophone-first voice to help us reach the communities we serve in Gabon, Senegal, Cameroon and beyond.

• Plan a weekly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Create simple visuals and captions (templates provided).
• Respond to comments and messages in a friendly, on-brand tone.
• Report monthly engagement numbers to the communications team.
• Promote our workshops and events — including ticketed ones — on our social channels and website.

• At the moment, we are only accepting applications from volunteers based in the following countries: Gabon, Senegal, Cameroon, Kenya, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Rwanda, Zimbabwe and Nigeria. If you are based elsewhere, we warmly invite you to check back — new regions open regularly.

• Comfortable with major social platforms.
• Basic visual design sense (Canva experience is a plus).
• Bilingual (EN/FR) is a strong advantage.
• 4–6 hours per week, fully remote.
