Chairperson

With over 10 years of experience in sustainable agriculture, Divok founded Dilulu to bring gardening education to communities across Africa.

Marie-Thérèse Okome

Vice Chairperson

Senior policy advisor and former director of an international education NGO, specializing in community-based program design.

David Nkosi

Treasurer

Chartered accountant with 15 years in nonprofit financial management and transparency reporting for international donors.

Fatima Sow

Secretary

Legal expert in NGO governance and compliance, formerly with the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights.

Dr. Samuel Ochieng

Board Member

Agricultural scientist leading research on climate-resilient farming systems in East Africa; passionate about farmer-led innovation.

Grace Adjei

Board Member

Social entrepreneur and founder of a women-led agribusiness cooperative in Ghana, championing economic empowerment through agriculture.

Our Governance Commitment

The Board meets quarterly to review organizational performance, approve strategic plans, oversee financial management, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Board members serve renewable three-year terms and are selected for their expertise, integrity, and dedication to Dilulu's mission.

We are committed to transparency, accountability, and the highest standards of nonprofit governance. Annual reports and audited financial statements are published and available to the public.
